We greatly appreciate the high level of interest in the CalHFA Dream-For-All Phase 2 program. As we continuously strive to provide the best service possible, we’ve observed an increase in the expenses associated with conducting soft credit pulls. In order to facilitate this process and accurately assess your credit score and liabilities, we kindly request your cooperation in covering the cost of your soft credit inquiry below. In the event you are selected for a voucher and close on a home, we will find means to reimburse/credit you that cost at closing.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Pre-Approval Letter:
Emailed or Denied
Once everything is received, I will either send you a pre-approval letter or an email for denial.
For those who receive a pre-approval letter, you are then able to register for the Dream-For-All Phase 2 Program when it opens on April 3, 2024, and upload all the documents required, including the pre-approval letter.
Thank you, and good luck!
